Data controller

Lifetime Tools (lifetimetools.it) is run by Bernardo Mannelli, the data controller. For any privacy question you can write to [email protected].

What data we process

The site has no accounts, forms or newsletter and does not ask for personal data. We only process the technical data needed to serve the pages and, if you accept, visit statistics.

  • Technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages: to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes data such as your IP address and browser type, without setting profiling cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
  • Statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics to learn which pages are viewed, from which kind of device and country, in aggregate form. Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Provider: Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards of the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and browser storage

  • Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's storage (localStorage, key lt-consent), not in a cookie and not on our servers, so we do not ask again on every page.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): set only after your consent, they last up to 2 years.

You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

Affiliate links and external sites

When you click “Buy” or “Get this deal” you leave this site and go to the marketplace selling the deal (for example AppSumo or RocketHub). The marketplace may use its own cookies to recognise that you came from us and pay us a commission; its privacy policy applies there, not this one. The same applies to our Telegram channel, which is run by Telegram under its own rules.

How long we keep data

Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the Analytics property (at most 14 months) and then deleted automatically. We do not keep any other personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data is not handled correctly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
